The court did not rule against abortion. It ruled, correctly, that abortion is not a federally protected right, and the states are free to regulate it. I know you hate to hear the truth but SCOTUS said nothing about rape or incest.

Correct, in order for treaties to have the force of law, they must be approved by 3/4 of the Senate. Otherwise they’re merely executive agreements. See, Obama’s idiotic “Iran deal”.
