Looking forward to seeing some coercive action from the authorities on many such other institutions/ universities which are allegedly involved in awarding PhD fraudulently for quite some time now including in the field of medicine. @ugc_india @mamidala90 @CBIHeadquarters

Looks like even a country like Pakistan which is socially and economically very backward is trying to do well academically in medical and dental education or at least trying to look/ do well. We are all aware of how NMC reduced the passing percentage in subjects in MBBS to 40% from earlier 50% as per corrigendum to CBME Curriculum guidelines dated 1 September 2023 (and then withdrawn this decision according to sources on Internet). In NEET PG almost every year the qualifying percentile revolves around near Zero. Are we really improving or trying to act like we are improving under NMC regime?! #MedX #MedTwitter #MedicalEducation #MBBS #CBME

TMMA thanks and expresses its sincere gratitude to @drshikhameel for raising the issue of chronic teaching faculty shortages across the state medical colleges of Rajasthan and the effect of it on medical education and training in the Assembly. At this instance, we would like to bring it to the kind notice of Dr Shikha Barala, that there is an age old mechanism that is in practice adopted by the State of Rajasthan approved by Erstwhile MCI to address the faculty shortage issue in Pre and Para Clinical Departments in Medical Colleges. Rajasthan University of Health Sciences conducts MSc (Medicine) Medical Postgraduate courses offered for both MBBS and non-MBBS graduates in the non-clinical departments aimed to produce qualified teaching cadre for medical colleges same like @aiims_newdelhi and @OfficialJipmer While the university till date conducts the courses, due to NMC’s recent policies and regulations, there is a severe restriction on the recruitment of MSc Medical Postgraduate teaching faculties in non-clinical departments especially in Microbiology and Pharmacology leading to this situation of medical education (the same led to suspension of classes in Microbiology at Dungarpur Medical College recently). We request you, Dr Shikha to kindly look into the matter and do the needful that protects the interests of all the stakeholders in medical education and benefits the state. @RajCMO @PMOIndia @narendramodi @NMC_BHARAT @MoHFW_INDIA @JPNadda @NITIAayog @India_NHRC @DainikBhaskar @the_hindu @htTweets @Xpress_edex @rashtrapatibhvn @MLJ_GoI

Why is it so difficult for the authorities and the lawmakers of our nation to understand this with respect to the minority medical teachers (non-MBBS Medical Postgraduates) who are being harassed by National Medical Commission for the last 5 years! @NMC_BHARAT @MoHFW_INDIA @JPNadda @AnupriyaSPatel @PMOIndia @narendramodi @NITIAayog @rashtrapatibhvn @drdineshbjp @annamalai_k @DeptHealthRes @India_NHRC @ugc_india @mamidala90 @aiims_newdelhi @OfficialJipmer @RMLDelhi @NIMHANS_BLR @ShashiTharoor @Jairam_Ramesh @RahulGandhi @KTRBRS @PawanKalyan @RajCMO @CMOTamilnadu @AndhraPradeshCM @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @Tejasvi_Surya @MVenkaiahNaidu @sakie339 @IndJMedEthics @the_hindu @BBCHindi @ShivAroor @Republic_Bharat @Xpress_edex @Telegraph @ThePrintIndia @TheQuint @EduMinOfIndia @dpradhanbjp @MLJ_GoI

“India betrays itself”. Does not require an external enemy. 1000s of Non-MBBS Medical Postgraduate Medical Teachers lives ruined by the corrupt system. The medical institutions and the medical teachers (MBBS MD community) who have trained us, awarded us the degrees, have betrayed us by conspiring against us by misleading the authorities through misrepresentations for political reasons disregarding the consequences on our careers and lives and on the national interests. The seniors from the MSc Medical Postgraduates community who held and are holding key academic, research and administrative positions across premiere and national importance institutions such as @aiims_newdelhi @OfficialJipmer @NIMHANS_BLR @RMLDelhi @NIPERHyd @ccmb_csir @DRDO_India etc also never bothered about the younger generations. Had they did anything at any point of time, this would have not been the position of us today. The govt authorities @MoHFW_INDIA @JPNadda @PMOIndia @narendramodi @rashtrapatibhvn @NITIAayog @NMC_BHARAT @nsitharaman acting like they are not aware of the betrayal by these institutions and allowing this to continue to happen under their nose is just unbelievable. AIIMS continues to conduct MSc Medical Postgraduate courses in Anatomy Physiology Biochemistry Pharmacology and Microbiology for the past 6 decades. Yet AIIMS across the country facing faculty deficiencies in these departments. The graduates of MSc Medical PG from these institutions can be seen struggling to find employment with state Govts and Pvt institutions across the country. Why AIIMS doesn’t fill the vacancies with their own graduates? Why all other medical institutions which have trained, produced 1000s of non-MBBS Medical Postgraduates and benefitted by our services till date won’t speak a word? and do not dare to take a stand! Why every other authority is playing deaf and dumb, letting us suffer, letting the medical education suffer, letting the parents of the medical students suffer, letting the safety of patients health put at risk, letting the hardworking selfless doctors put at risk by encouraging poorly trained medical graduates practice medicine? #MedX #MedTwitter #MBBS #MedicalEducation #BetrayedByMyNation #MScMedicalPostgraduates

Cheating in Examinations is not anything new to any field of study. But when it comes to Medical Education, ideally the thought of cheating should never come across the minds of the students or at least to those who think can allow such things as these students will be going to practice medicine concerning the safety of health security of the public/ nation. While severe faculty deficiencies including basic infrastructure facilities are haunting many of the medical colleges in the country, cheating in the examinations is only an addition to the already suffering medical education and a serious threat to health safety of the nation. #MedX #MedTwitter #Cheating #MedicalEducation #MBBS

Cheating in Examinations is not anything new to any field of study. But when it comes to Medical Education, ideally the thought of cheating should never come across the minds of the students or at least to those who think can allow such things as these students will be going to practice medicine concerning the safety of health security of the public/ nation. Unfortunately, the technology of cheating has evolved over a period of time along with the technology in medicine. Until a decade ago, many of the MBBS students (both Pvt /Govt) used to take more than 4 and half years to complete the MBBS course (excluding internship) ranging from 6 months to few years extra to the course duration. There used to be presence of referred batches with strength of 20 to 50 percent of the actual batch strength in many cases. (The concept of referred batch is now discontinued by the NMC. Either the student will have to pass the supplementary examination and continue with his batch or pass the examination along with the junior batch after a year.) Now-a-days, the concept of cheating is taking new developments. Sometimes we may not even call it cheating by the students as the managements or the authorities are directly or indirectly and voluntarily involved in pushing the students with pass marks. How many of the colleges in the country have pass percentage less than 50 percent in the country for the last 10 years? How many of the colleges in the country have pass percentages more than 80 percent in the country for the last ten years? If we keep in my mind about the faculty crisis, infrastructure deficiencies and many more well known and well documented issues, we may be able understand the reality and the real reasons behind these pass percentages? 'Sanctity' is almost an alien word in the medical education now-a-days. 1st Picture is about the latest news from Burdwan Medical College (Est. 1910), West Bengal. 2nd Picture is from 2023 from Telangana. #MedX #MedTwitter #MBBS #Cheaters

Prof GK Pal has abused his position to show disregard to our contributions as medical teachers and further his actions to demean and to defame our qualifications has caused a great damage not just to 1000s of the medical teachers community but to the medical education and health of the nation as a whole. @JPNadda @MoHFW_INDIA @AnupriyaSPatel @rashtrapatibhvn @NITIAayog @NMC_BHARAT @AIPCMA @drdineshbjp @aiims_newdelhi @aiims_jodhpur @aiims_gkp @OfficialJipmer @RMLDelhi @MAHE_Manipal @ugc_india @India_NHRC @the_hindu @htTweets @republic @Republic_Bharat @Jairam_Ramesh @ShashiTharoor @annamalai_k @Tejasvi_Surya @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @mamidala90 @RahulGandhi

The Principal, Govt Medical College, Dungarpur orders suspension of classes in Microbiology and Forensic Medicine due to non availability of the teaching faculty. We have no more words to express our agitation on such things that are happening. Why not The Principal write to The President, All India Pre and Para Clinical Medicos Association of Jodhpur Rajasthan on this because they are the one who is responsible for this where 1000s of MSc Medical Postgraduate teachers in Microbiology and Pharmacology, graduated from Medical Institutions from across the country are sitting at home today at the expense of crippling the medical education. In Jodhpur Medical College, Anatomy department has only 3 faculties for 250 students and are ready to be transferred. While we only focus on the suffering of MBBS students in these medical colleges, colleges like Jodhpur Medical College which also conduct para medical courses, the sufferings of these students go completely unnoticed. At many instances similar to medical courses students spend lakhs of rupees for para medical courses only to suffer like this. According to this news by @DainikBhaskar @RajCMO and @PMOIndia have sought report on the situation. We request @RajCMO and @PMOIndia to look into this case seriously and take appropriate action immediately. For the information of both the offices of @PMOIndia @RajCMO Rajasthan University of Health Sciences conducts MSc (Medicine) Medical Postgraduate courses in its colleges in non-clinical departments to create teaching cadre and Central Institutions such as All India Institute of Medical Sciences, JIPMER, PGIMER also conduct MSc Medical Postgraduate courses to create teaching cadre in non-clinical departments apart from many other prestigious medical institutions across the country who are disqualified by the National Medical Commission against the National Interests by suffocating the medical education today. @JPNadda @MoHFW_INDIA @AnupriyaSPatel @rashtrapatibhvn @NITIAayog @NMC_BHARAT @AIPCMA @drdineshbjp @aiims_newdelhi @aiims_jodhpur @aiims_gkp @OfficialJipmer @RMLDelhi @MAHE_Manipal @ugc_india @India_NHRC @the_hindu @htTweets @republic @Republic_Bharat @Jairam_Ramesh @ShashiTharoor @annamalai_k @Tejasvi_Surya @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @mamidala90 @RahulGandhi

We hope reduction in NEET Percentile is also being considered as one of the regressive steps in order to facilitate filling up of non clinical PG seats with poor performers and also hope that reinstatement of the rights of the skilled and qualified MSc Medical Postgraduate teachers graduated from medical institutions is also on the table for consideration. @JPNadda @MoHFW_INDIA @AnupriyaSPatel @rashtrapatibhvn @NITIAayog @NMC_BHARAT @AIPCMA @drdineshbjp @aiims_newdelhi @aiims_jodhpur @aiims_gkp @OfficialJipmer @RMLDelhi @MAHE_Manipal @ugc_india @India_NHRC @the_hindu @htTweets @republic @Republic_Bharat @Jairam_Ramesh @ShashiTharoor @annamalai_k @Tejasvi_Surya @nsitharaman @nsitharamanoffc @mamidala90 @RahulGandhi
