4 weeks ago, said a joke to my co-workers, they made the most loud high pitched noise ever. Went fully deaf in my right ear for a day. 4 weeks later, I have like 25-50% less hearing in my right ear, with constant ringing. Can't sleep more than 3 hours in a row.
