【Kaia決済不具合解消のお知らせと対応方針】 昨日、一部のユーザー様において、Kaia決済をご利用時にエラーが発生する不具合が確認されておりました。 TGWizではKaia決済機能のサービス提供を停止させていただいておりましたが、エラーの解消が確認されましたので、Kaia決済機能の提供を再開いたしました。 調査の結果、本件はLINE NEXT社の提供する決済SDKによる不具合であったことが判明し、SDK側での修正が完了していることを確認いたしました。 なお、今回のエラーによりKaiaを消費したにもかかわらず、Enhance等の購入が正常に完了しなかったユーザー様につきましては、購入処理を随時復旧させていただく予定です。 最新情報や詳細に関しましては、当公式Xアカウントにて随時お知らせいたしますので、ご確認ください。 この度はご迷惑をおかけし、誠に申し訳ございません。 今後とも『Twelve Goblins - Wizardry BC -』をよろしくお願い申し上げます。 #TGWiz #MiniDappOnLINE

[Notice of Kaia Payment Issue Resolution and Response Policy] Yesterday, an issue was identified where some users encountered errors while using the Kaia payment system. At TGWiz, we temporarily suspended the Kaia payment service to address this issue. We are pleased to inform you that the problem has been resolved, and the Kaia payment functionality has now been restored. After investigation, it was determined that the issue originated from a payment SDK provided by LINE NEXT. We have confirmed that the SDK-related issue has been fixed on their side. For users who consumed Kaia but were unable to complete purchases such as Enhance due to this error, we plan to gradually restore the purchase processes. For the latest updates and detailed information, please refer to our official X account. [Notification Regarding the Issue and Temporary Suspension of the Kaia Payment Functionality] We have identified an issue affecting some users on the LINE version where errors occur when using the Kaia payment functionality. In response to this matter, we have temporarily suspended the Kaia payment service as a precautionary measure. Similar issues have also been reported on other LINE Mini Dapps, and we are currently investigating the potential root causes, including TGWiz and Dapp Portal SDK. Additionally, we are in the process of considering appropriate measures for affected users. If you have encountered this issue, we kindly ask you to report it to us via the TGWiz support email address listed below.
