Y'know what's funny, I had a whole bunch of ideas on how Dan would carry himself in AS, coming in bitter from last time but softening up and dominating the premerge with his endgame being mending his friendship with Gabby. May he play again another time

Pretty insulting that was even considered when he was unresolved at the end of dc1 (Only line in the finale). Dan never got to make up with Gabby and ends his run distrusted and discarded by everyone. This is just mean spirited, still better than not being in the season but wow.

I do think he'd be a great addition for Magenta's story, playing the middle between Huntally and Jake. Him using Fiore purely for strategy, and going into merge with a solid 3. It'd be a great way to show how far he's come strategically and he wouldn't need much screentime.

I just don't like how it's paced in dc1, I like in DCAS Ellie realizes in the motel ep she's so focused on the money she isn't being a good girlfriend, but in dc1 it just feels like Gabby is giving giving and giving and Ellie just hasn't earned her love

The main reason we changed it; The OG boot order had some lack of conflict in our plannings and the season was coming across as boring and just like Freindship Camp and not Disventure Camp :p
