âTCL Touchdownâ UGC Activity Terms and Conditions Participation in this âTCL Touchdownâ UGC Activity (this âPromotionâ) is governed by these Terms and Conditions. TCL Industries Holdings Co., Ltd.(âTCLâ) whose office is at 22nd Floor, TCL Technology Building, No. 17 Huifeng 3rd Road, ZhongKai Hi-Tech Development District, Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, the Peopleâs Republic of China, ( Herein after referred to as The âPromoterâ) is organizing a promotional action for people of legal age who are resident in worldwide. By entering the Promotion, the participant fully accepts the provisions of present Terms and Conditions. 1. OBJECTIVE TCL is organizing this Promotion to promote the image of TCL, its official website ( and TCL Account. 2. PROMOTION PERIOD The Promotion will be activated for the users wishing to participate as of January 25th, 2025 [00:00] UTC until February 6th, 2025 [23:59] UTC both included. 3. RULES OF PARTICIPATION To participate in the contest, users should complete at least one of the tasks below (A,B and C), where each task awards a score. The final add-up score will then represent the total entries you have in the lucky draw. The higher the participant's cumulative score, the higher their chance of being chosen as a winner through our lucky draw. Each task can only be completed once per platform, meaning the maximum cumulative score per user per platform is 16. Therefore, even if a user participates on multiple platforms, they will be evaluated separately within each platform's lucky draw. A) The participant should follow TCL brand accounts on Facebook (@TCL), Instagram (@ââtclbrand), or X (@TCL_Brand) page. The participant should leave a comment, answering the question âWhich TCL product is your best Super Bowl viewing companion?â and tag (@) 2 friends Task A) awards users with 1 point B) The participant should send us a direct message to the relevant TCL Brand account inbox, sharing an image that âIncorporates Football into Your Own Way of Presenting TCLâ Users should use football-related scenes, props, or their own creativity to display the letters "TCL," whether through selfies, group photos, or video creations, encouraging personal expression. Examples may include: Teammates Pose: On the football field or at home with family and friends, use your body to form the letters "TCL." Prop Creations: Use footballs, jerseys, field decorations, or other elements from daily life to spell out "TCL." Task B) awards users with 5 points C) The participant should publicly post and tag the relevant TCL brand account, add their location, and use #TCLTouchdown, sharing an image that: âIncorporates Football into Your Own Way of Presenting TCLâ Users should use football-related scenes, props, or their own creativity to display the letters "TCL," whether through selfies, group photos, or video creations, encouraging personal expression. Examples may include: Teammates Pose: On the football field or at home with family and friends, use your body to form the letters "TCL." Prop Creations: Use footballs, jerseys, field decorations, or other elements from daily life to spell out "TCL." Task C) awards users with 10 points 6. SELECTION OF THE WINNERS a) Among all participants who comply with the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions, ONLY THREE participants will be randomly selected as winners by the Promoter, with the first winner chosen from Facebook, the second winner chosen from Instagram, and the third winner chosen from X. Winners are randomly selected by a lucky draw, in which participantsâ number of entries will be determined by the completion of tasks A,B, and C, all on the same platform. These tasks collectively account for up to 16 points, and the final interpretation and right to modify the criteria rests with the Promoter. If a user participates on multiple platforms, they will be evaluated separately within each platform's lucky pool. The points shall be issued based on completion of the following tasks: A) The participant should follow TCL brand accounts on Facebook, Instagram, or X, leave a comment that answers âWhich TCL product is your best Super Bowl viewing companion?â, and tag (@) 2 friends (1 point) B) The participant should send us a direct message to the relevant TCL Brand account inbox, sharing an image that âIncorporates Football into Your Own Way of Presenting TCLâ (5 points) C) The participant should publicly post and tag the relevant TCL brand account and use #TCLTouchdown, sharing an image that âIncorporates Football into Your Own Way of Presenting TCLâ (10 points) The works submitted by all participants shall/may be used as social posts by TCL on all their social media sites which shall include but not be limited to the TCL Facebook, X and Instagram Page.  BY ENTERING AND REGISTERING IN THE CHANCE TO WIN THE PRIZE, THE PARTICIPANT AGREES TO AUTHORIZE THE PROMOTOR TO USE HIS OR HER AUDIO AND VISUAL IMAGES AND PARTICIPATING WORK FOR PRESENTING TO THE PUBLIC ON ALL TCL SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS WORLDWIDE. Winners should be prepared to confirm that they live in the US by stating "I confirm that I reside in the United States and agree to the terms and conditions of the activity." and / or providing their residential address. With regard to the winners, in order to verify the qualification of the winner and deliver the prize, TCL may further collect contact information, address, and proof of winning or qualification certificates. 7. PRIZES The Prizes of this promotion are as follows, order of selection:  $200 USD Amazon voucher for each winner (three winners in total, one each from Facebook, Instagram, and X, randomly chosen using a lucky draw). There are no cash or other prize alternatives available. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be sold. If the prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoterâs control, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute Prize for a prize of equal or greater value. 8. CLAIMING THE PRIZE a) The winners will be announced on the promoterâs Facebook, Instagram, and X pages. b) Each winner shall have 10 days from notification by the promoter to respond and accept the Prize by providing necessary personal details (i.e. full name, contact telephone number and delivery address). Failure to respond and provide necessary personal details within 24 hours will result in the Prize being forfeited by the Promoter and the Promoter shall be entitled to select an alternate winner pursuant to the rules of Promotion. c) Promotor will, on its best effort, deliver the Prize to the winner within thirty (30) days after the announcement. d) In the event that the winner submits incorrect details, the Prize will be forfeited by the Promoter and the Promoter shall be entitled to select an alternate winner pursuant to the rules of Promotion. e) By accepting the Prize, the winner agrees to authorize TCL to use his or her name for publicity of the result of the Promotion. f) Participant(s) are aware of and affirm that the works of the winner will be used to publish a social post that will be posted on TCL Brand Facebook, Instagram and X Page. BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, PARTICIPANT(S) AGREE TO AUTHORIZE TCL TO USE PARTICIPANT(S) AUDIO AND VISUAL IMAGE AND PARTICIPATING WORK FOR PRESENTING TO THE PUBLIC ON TCL SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS. Participant(s) consent to give the TCL a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish and display such photos in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, in any form, media for one year for purposes of implementing the Activity. g) Participant(s) are kindly aware of and affirm that, your works will not infringe on any proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights or any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, trade names, industrial designs, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity or confidentiality obligations. 9. DISCLAIMER AND LIABILITY LIMITATION By entering, Participants warrant and represent the following: (a) each Participant is the sole and exclusive owner of the submitted works; (b) Participantsâ submitted works will not infringe on any proprietary rights, intellectual property rights, industrial property rights, personal or moral rights or any other rights, including without limitation, copyright, trademark, trade names, industrial designs, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity or confidentiality obligations; (c) any third parties appearing in the submitted works have given Participants appropriate consent to be photographed and used as permitted herein; d) Submitted works shall not violate any applicable laws. e) Providing a submitted work constitutes the Participantâs consent to give the Promoter a royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, publish and display such works in whole or in part, on a worldwide basis, in any form, media for one year for purposes of implementing the Activity. f) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, delayed, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, corrupted, illegible or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to omission, error, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, disruption to any communication network or medium, or otherwise including those entries not received by the Promoter for any reason.  The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. g) In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability (or that of a third party involved with the Promotion) to proceed with the Promotion on the dates and in the manner described in these Terms of entry, including but not limited to vandalism, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter's obligations in respect of the Promotion will be suspended for the duration of the event and, in addition, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the promotion and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to approval of the relevant authorities. h) The Promoter takes no responsibility where it is unable to contact prize winners who have not provided correct or complete contact details. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from accepting a prize.
