@drshankar81 @mdbescom The Category Wise complaints pending is given here. In which the A Category complaints is having a deadline to be attended within 6 hrs as per KERC guidelines. A category Complaints registered up to 12 AM today has been attended, the present A Category pending complaints is 523.

@trilobite_1970 @mdbescom Sir, all the Resolved complaints are the one which are confirmed from the consumers who had given the complaints, if the consumer wants to reopen it again then the same will be reopened and will be in the pending complaints list.
