You're missing what I'm trying to say. This small customer service team are there to deal with real issues - failed payments, missing cosmetics, missing auric cells etc. But now because of your video, they have thousands of people asking for data requests, so now the real issues have to wait on that queue now. It was probably easier for them to put a blanket excuse to not hand out their trade secrets (MMR formula), so they can continue to deal with real customer issues.

@TheOnlyChoy @roxannaagv It's more likely that because of your video, they were inundated with requests and this was the easiest way to deal with the obscene workload your video gave them
