A son had a death-defying accident in Salinas,California. The food was all fresh vegetables & fruit, real choice cuts of meat, poultry & fish & the staff were attentive & hard-working. Airlifted to Foothills Hosp Calgary & the food was disgusting & the staff lackadaisical.
