Participated in the inaugural ceremony of the two -day Sufi festival at Sindh Museum Hyderabad along with mayor Hyderabad @KashifShoroPPP. The Sufi music always provides a space for the soul to experience closeness with love.

Inaugurated the first "Thar Desert Safari"train. The train has left for Tharparkar from Cantt Station Karachi. People from different departments are enjoying themselves in the trial train including the President Arts Council @AHMEDSHAHACP and myself. The passengers are going to witness tourism and cultural heritage at various stations followed by Tharparkar's beautiful desert and border. At present, the trial train charges no fare. This initiative is a desired opportunity for those who want to observe the rural lives in Sindh. @SindhGovtPk @Ministerculture

Inaugurated the festival of Sawan Faqir, a classical Sindhi poet in Matli, Badin. I was accompanied by Members of Provincial Assembly Sindh @DadaHalepoto, @arbab_amanullah, Sardar Shahzad Bashir Halipoto, and others. The Sawan Faqir Melo is an important contributor to promote Cultural activities.

Here comes an exciting news! The @SindhGovtPk and the Tourism Department Sindh have taken one more initiative towards promoting Tourism in Sindh. The Thar Desert Safari Train , the trial train, is set to depart from Karachi on February 8 and reach Parchee Ji Veri via Hyderabad , Mirpurkhas,and Chhor. The department concerned has made accommodation arrangements for the passengers at the last station. The visitors will witness the most majestic and ancient places in Sindh free of cost. @Ministerculture #tourism

Chaired a meeting of District administration along with MPA Jameel Soomro, Special Assistant Khair Muhammad Shaikh, Chairman District Council Aijaz Ahmed Laghari, Mayor Larkana Adv Anwar Ali, Chairman TMC Shahrukh Anwar Siyal, and other officials. We reviewed the arrangements for the upcoming Lahooti Festival that is going to take place on February 15 and 16 in Larkana. The festival is fully supported by the Culture Department Sindh. Later, I talked to the media. Also, invited the people to one of the most charming and soul-touching festivals where they would enjoy Music, Poetry, Arts, and Dance. Inaugurated Fourth Annual Pakistan Travel Mart at the Expo Center Karachi @PTMExpo on behalf of hon'ble Chief Minister Sindh @MuradAliShahPPP . The culture and Tourism department Sindh , @Ministerculture , has fully cooperated with the management of Pakistan Travel Mart. Pakistan Travel Mart will continue for three days, with participation of more than 20 countries and more than 300 domestic and foreign exhibitions. Also, I truly appreciated the efforts of Travel Mart's chief Syed Muhammad Ali Hamdani for his steps to bridging cultures.

Had a productive meeting with a delegation of tourist companies of the Islamic Republic of Iran. @IRANinKARACHI. The Iranian delegation briefed me on facilities for Pakistani tourists in Iran. We also discussed tourist and historical sites in Iran. Also, shared mutual thoughts on Combined bilateral efforts to promote tourism in both countries. Besides , assured the delegation that @SindhGovtPk would address the concerns of the Iranian delegation. @Ministerculture

The Sindh Department of Culture and Tourism has taken an important step for the promotion of tourism and culture. We're proudly starting "Thar Desert Train Safari" for promotion of tourism and culture. The Thar Desert Train Safari will travel from Karachi to Khokhrapar in the second week of February. The participants are going to witness the colors of tourism and culture during their excursion. Besides that, We are also going to organize a jeep rally in Tharparkar soon.
