RIP Kenpachiro Satsuma, who portrayed the Godzilla often seen as the face of the entire franchise. Forever grateful for the memory of meeting Satsuma-san in person and sharing a laugh as I handed him a Godzilla figure — legs sprawled out — to be signed right on its gooch.
