A good example of how schools without 🏈 can have a big advantage in creating a large payroll for their 🏀 teams post-House settlement. Seton Hall plans to spend 90% of its allowable $20.5M on its men’s 🏀 team. It won’t spend $20.5M, but it can easily have a $5M 🏀 payroll.
