@nykaafashion Terrible terrible experience. Delivery date was 8th Feb and the order still hasn’t been dispatched. Customer service is absolutely clueless and have no answer. Had ordered this as a gift and have been super disappointed with the service.

@UC_Assist I am not interested in speaking to your bots or customer support team. They just keep repeating the same thing without listening to the customer. It’s just a terrible experience. I’ve made a mistake by trusting your services but I will make sure my friends and family dont do so.

@urbancompany_UC Worst experience with zero accountability. Ruined my brand new bathroom cause the cleaner used acid on marble surfaces and then blatantly denied causing the issue. Pathetic service with no support at all. Never using them again.

Don’t recommend buying from @AJIOLife. One simple return has been pending for more than 15 days and on multiple escalations, have not received any clarity on when the order will be picked up. Sheer waste of time!

@SwiggyCares I wouldn’t have canceled it if it weren’t urgent! Please check my order history and see how many such instances have occurred in the past. There is no need for you to tell me to be careful here but there is definitely a need for you to improve your policies!

@SwiggyCares The whole order amount can’t be the cancellation fee when the order is canceled within a few minutes. This is a great way to harass customers. She has explained to your customer care multiple times the reason behind canceling the order.

@BluSmartIndia Worst service! These guys really need to work on their customer support if they want to scale up. Support doesn’t bother reaching out despite multiple escalations and you have to keep following up with them. Such a painful process!

@BluSmartIndia Disappointing customer service! I got charged 1135 erroneously, checked with customer care cause the amount was big and hence I was able to notice it. Their response - it was a glitch and we return customer money if they reach out to us.

@AJIOLife Please do not use Ajio to buy stuff. Myntra, Amazon and Flipkart are much better than this awful platform! Have been struggling with a return request and their customer service keeps giving me different updates. Currently been put on hold by them for 20 minutes
