Lowering the sensitivity to 54cm has helped me average around 3600 on Steadytrack.
On any other scenario I use 41cm.
A lot of top scores on scenarios are using absurd sensitivities:
80cm/360,
100cm/360,
Personally I think playing on such sensitivities isn't any

One of the worst bad habits to have is looking at your accuracy mid run.
That knowledge doesn't help you in any way.
Also makes you lose focus.
Which results in poor form , not reacting fast enough etc.
Fixing it is pretty simple though.

Finally celestial complete on switching.
Dodgeswitch at a high level isn't really different from Sphereswitch.
Although the latter is RNG dependent.
I don't like it.
A lot of times you cannot see what you switch to.
Of course you won't always see your enemy.

Pilltrack remains.
I like it the most out of the three.
It forces you to aim and think actively.
Smoothness isn't necessary.
You have to anticipate when the bot is going for a long strafe,

"Why do people play this?"
You just learn a mouse movement pattern and get rewarded with a score.
Surely just playing your game would be enough to improve, right?

I tried to think about it.
But does anything specific come to mind? No.
It's just a static dots scenario.
Where there is only You.
I'd say that static is the most mechanically demanding category.

You may wonder , how did I go from a GM to an Astra score
in a single day?
Well , I didn't play the scenario enough.
My first run on VT Blinktrack was hideous.
33% accuracy.
My crosshair was all over the place.
I quickly realised that on this scenario less is

Angleshot is bad.
The only thing you could ever learn from this scenario is movement reading.
Not really worth.
The speed of the targets compared to previous angleshot equivalents is way faster, making you use less raw aim and predict more.

This was an example of a bad day.
I Couldn't fall asleep the night before for no reason.
Probably had 4 hours of sleep.
My eyes hurt.
Came back home at 7 pm.
I did not perform as well as I wanted.
Even though , I played.

Without playing , my smoothness improved.

One reason could be all the smoothness I had to do on

They all mention how essential sleep is.
And It's true.
Go to the gym? No gains if no sleep.

Forgot to change it after yesterday.
Never tried playing smoothbot on anything else than 41.
Well , If this continues- ~3 days and I have Astra.
Playing only smoothness for 2 hours daily does feel weird.

Just wanted to remind you how insane the learning curve on tracking scenarios is.
Today I played Steadytrack for the first time in 5 days , only to have 50% accuracy after a few runs.
Although 20 minutes later , after getting used to the pattern again , I was getting 59%.

or rather things I've come to realize on some of the scenarios I play.

I'm a moron.
Not playing the scenarios I should be playing.
Only playing Steadytrack atm because it might be an easy celestial score.
Not even looking at the 2 GRANDMASTER scores.

The last 150 points on Suavetrack is surprisingly hard.
Well It's 70% accuracy.
Bot keeps doing random movement changes , forcing you to do a mouse reset , resulting in losing the excess 2-4% accuracy.
I also experience some freezes with the reason being unknown.

Cold Hands.
It took me a whole hour to get into any playable state.
Similarly to day 5 , not much progress was made.
Although my averages improved , there was not a single high score.
Therefore no need for a screenshot.

Just play some bigger variants of scenarios you have been playing and force speed on the cost of accuracy , over time you get used to it
