1/28/2005 i attended a court pre-hearing where evidence was discussed. Ppl can double check, clerk made a mistake writing 04. That day prosecutor argued, screaming the judge to let in evidence from 1993 (the two legal books in question) bc they had found nothing in 2005.

@theprincejay_ In 2001 at MSG i paid 580 bucks to see him and the seats were crap. Then last minute i found tickets for the second show for 180 bucks near where he was seated at the side of the stage for half of the show. That was such a fantastic find.

@theprincejay_ yes its mainly bc the countries charge very high taxes for artists and the artists dont earn much anymore through streaming services and the costs for all the extra effects and all the big stage set ups and staff involved including artists etc cost so much.

@VividVocal If you want to build credibility it would help if you stay factual but you are so desperate in making MJ look as guilty as possible that you run with anything you find that "looks damning". Keeping real it would help you.
@euegeneue @ftannamarie The civil settlement was made to avoid the reveal of the defense strategy for the criminal suit in 1993. In fact the accusers attorney released a press statement after the settlement confirming that the criminal case ongoing. Police investigated for 8 more months and found zero.

@Maryam3213211 @mjlclocky @madsbostontea its actually very tragic bc they used stories of real victims to fabricate a story and thats why they sounded so credible and ppl fell for it. Its not only sad for MJ its sad for any victim that fights for justice. And i hope they will face consequences one day for this.

@Maryam3213211 @mjlclocky @madsbostontea that may all be true in general but then when you find out that one of the stated he was ab.sed in a building that did not exist until he was age 16 and he claimed in his depo ended age 14 he is no longer credible and thats how all fell apart.
