स्टील सेक्टर भारत में GHG उत्सर्जन का बड़ा स्रोत ��ै, जहां प्रति टन स्टील उत्पादन में 2.5-2.6 टन CO2 निकलती है, जो वैश्विक औसत (1.91 टन) से काफी ज्यादा है। सरकार की #GreenTaxonomy एक सकारात्मक कदम है, लेकिन ��ाह में कई चुनौतियां हैं। 🌍🛠️यह विश्लेषण देखें-
कुछ सेक्टर ऐसे होते हैं जहां कार्बन/ GHG उत्सर्जन कम करना बहुत आसान नहीं है। ऐसे सेक्टर जलवायु विज्ञान की भाषा में "Hard to Abate" कहे जाते हैं। स्टील ऐसा ही सेक्टर है। भारत में प्रति टन स्टील उत्पादन में 2.5 - 2.6 टन ग्रीन हाउस गैस निकलती हैं जबकि वैश्विक औसत 1.91 टन CO2/ GHG का है। अब सरकार ने स्टील सेक्टर को डीकार्बनाइज़ करने के लिए एक #greentaxonomy जारी की है लेकिन इस राह में कई बाधायें हैं। मैंने इस वीडियो में @CSEINDIA के @parthkumar24 और शुभम मिश्रा के लेख का भी सहारा लिया है। पूरे वीडियो का लिंक
