Today was amazing! We welcomed 63 families, helped them with 796 loads of laundry for free, and sent children home with books and resources. It’s moments like this that remind us of the power of community. So proud of what we accomplished together! @ThePattersonFdn

Since Pop-Up Neighbor Through Laundry began in 2028, SCGLR has served 2,422 families + covered fees for 25,602 loads of laundry. In January, we celebrated our 2,500th family receiving free laundry services thanks to the generosity of @ThePattersonFdn @engagecurrent #FreeLaundry

Did you know it takes 18 quarters just to do a small load of laundry? And that doesn’t even include detergent! Thanks to @ThePattersonFdn, Since 2018, Pop-Up Neighbor Through Laundry events have surprised 2,023 families + washed 21,191 loads of laundry—that’s a lot of quarters!
