Elections do matter. The Community Library Network Board of Trustees voted to withdraw from the American Library Association.
If you want change in the CDA library you need to vote for new faces on the CDA city council.

In my opinion you missed a reason why some of us supported getting rid of a March election time. Personally, I’m tired of school districts being able to push bond and levy votes 4 times a year. Their ability to do that in March is gone. Up next get rid of August.

Your article title is factually incorrect. There hasn’t been a republican caucus since 2012. So it’s impossible to have the lowest turnout in at least a decade.

IYR and IWR don’t have leadership/representatives that are elected by the voters. It made sense for them to not have a vote.

Approximately 300 people showed up to encourage our elected officials to vote no on a traffic management center that would invade our privacy.
Traffic management can be done without a data collection center. Thank you to all of you who prayed, send emails, or attended.

Listened in on a convo with the head of Idaho Republican women. She was giving more context to why Trent Clark was objecting. Dues were an issue, and also Idaho GOP not seating people from Bingham county because that would enable someone else to be chair besides Dorothy Moon.
