Look at this story, FC, he’s kicked off in the town centre and then tried to Rape an 80 year old woman! His Human Rights outweigh those of his victims, no Rape Victim has given me permission to speak for them but I believe that the vast majority of victims preference would be to deport FCs. I’ve given it some thought, Prison is not a deterrent because if it were they’d never commit the crime to start with and rehabilitation is not possible for a messed up Brain! Give them there legal right to a fair trial etc, bio metric scan/DNA them and Deport ASAP. Make the FCs aware if they return, they will have to serve the whole sentence just as our current prisoners do when recalled! It won’t stop them all returning but it’ll stop most of them Deport FCs
