Thank you, Devon. As a young teen in the early 90s it would have changed my life to see me represented in movies/TV. I probably wouldn’t have tried to hang myself twice before 18. I’m so grateful that kids/teens today get to see themselves & hope that it saves even one life.

I was at the LA Zoo and saw a kid throwing rocks at a mother 🦧 & her baby. Mom got sick of it & threw a rock back & damn near hit the brat. It’s mother started screaming bloody murder about her kid being attacked. Many of us told the zoo employee what really happened.

One of my greatest life experiences was traveling thru Europe for a month by myself. Got to do everything I wanted on my schedule, didn’t have to worry about anyone else’s wants/needs/desires, & I was able to do a lot of self reflection. I’m planning another such trip next year.
