We had a wonderful afternoon tea yesterday at The Celtic Manor Resort Thank you to everyone in Complex Care @ABUHB as it was part of Marie’s retirement gifts - and I got to go too!!! Retirement is very special!!

Woke up and my nightmare became more of a dream🫶🏾🏅 The last week has been rough! From feeling defeated by my condition at the worst moment to a high I can't explain! Probably sheer relief but so good to walk away from this games with something!
