Would love to see the Giants bring in Carthon at some capacity. Was a key voice in San Fran and while TEN’s roster wasn’t ready yet, it was sunk by horrible QB play. Skoronski Sweat and Latham are all hits. Just hasn’t had enough pick volume. Seems to know the trenches well.

Giants fans need a NE win, and the teams who were on their schedule to LOSE to decrease their SOS. So IND, ATL, etc. They also need teams on the Browns schedule to win (GB, JAC, MIA) Divisional games make a big change in SOS during week 18 hard, but not impossible.

With Daniel Jones finally off the team, the Giants are in need of a new QB for next season. A few weeks ago, @Kon_stantine suggested Justin Fields as a good option for the GMen in 2025. Could Fields sign with New York?

In the words of Ludacris: Heads up! Heads up! Here's another one! Here's an updated scatter plot for rushing leaders in explosive rush rate & stuff rate, with a minimum of 10 rush attempts. Per @FantasyPtsData, stuff rate is defined as the percentage of " Stuffed Carries". A "stuff" is any run that does not result in a first down or touchdown, less than 4 yards on first down, or less than 3 yards on any other down. Notables with 50+ carries sorted by explosive rush rate: #Lions Jahmyr Gibbs: explosive + hardly stuffed #Colts Jonathan Taylor: explosive runs + stuffed a ton #RavensFlock Derrick Henry: revival with a high rate of explosive runs + decent stuff rate #Panthers Chuba Hubbard: rushing workhorse that makes explosive runs with a middling stuff rate #Bucaneers Bucky Irving: explosive runs + mediocre stuff rates + 2nd-highest missed tackles forced per attempt

For anyone out there left who still likes what they see Daniel Jones do with his arms & legs, this play is why he hasn’t succeeded in the NFL. He'll show flashes, but he just doesn’t have the processing speed required to be consistently good at this level
