Is this a joke? I have watched my fellow women (friends) victims of rape and stalking not be helped.. not only that the NGO literally causes further harm by leaving us hanging.. I have have gone to court for my own criminal trial and watched countless others. Some have died! MAKE NO MISTAKE IT WAS PREVENTABLE! Also there was a supposed to be a zoom meeting with the same governor and the DV council and the legislature CANCELED 30 min before … they don’t care
