Mini Essay 🌿🕊... Why I lost all shreds of respect for @JustinTrudeau and his @liberal_party: 1. Israel and Ukraine came ALWAYS before Canada! That's the first big one for me. 2. Insane rise in hate crimes, especially Islamophobic terrorist attacks, that became a sport in Trudeau's time. 3. Financing, weaponizing, and unconditionally supporting Zionism despite it being an illegal occupation with a genocide case at the International Court of Justice. 4. Ignoring the suffering and slaughter of Indigenous people and denying them the most basic rights, like clean water. 5. After dressing in rainbow flags his entire career, the day the LGBTQIA2S communities called to stop wars, Trudeau boycotted their parades. 6. Trudeau boycotted Japan's peace memorial of Nagasaki to support the war in the Middle East instead. 7. Trudeau's strong support for foreign conflicts also came as a priority over calling for justice for Canadian citizens, like the circumstances surrounding the death of veteran father and aid worker #JacobFlickinger. I'm not going to mention housing, immigration, inflation, or the rise in criminality. I'm wiser than denying that these issues are a consequence of three years of pandemics, followed by two major wars, and that most countries worldwide are struggling with these exact same issues. But the damage in Canada remained manageable. My concern is for democracy, human rights, and justice, and those have been destroyed during Trudeau's time. For the past few years, my main thought has been, if these are the Liberals, what are the far-right extremists going to do to us? I'll be voting @NDP and doing my best to support the growth of a third party in Canada for the future. I feel a moral obligation not to give my voice to immoral politicians whose priorities are everywhere except Canada. ❤️🩹🇨🇦 #cdnpoli #cdnpolitics #Canada
