NEVER LET ANYONE TELL YOU ITS NOT POSSIBLE!!! (I was told I would never play again and look at me today 😁) 465 days since diagnosis of hip dysplasia 240 days since R triple pelvic osteotomy I played 15 minutes of a hockey match for UBLHC 2s. Totally speechless, thank you!

Last week I graduated from @BristolUni after 3 years studying Physiological Science. 👩🏻🔬 It has been the best 3 years studying a truley fascinating course. However, I am truley excited for the next chapter, studying Medicine in September 2025 at @sunderlanduni ! 🩺

Data collection ✅ The last 4 weeks I have had the best time collecting data for my dissertation looking at the effects of vaping on the blood pressure response to exercise. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Here is a photo of my diss group with our favourite equipment during the project!

The last BUCS dance :( 4-0 dub to finish a fantastic 3 years BUCS league. Whether that was managering the 1s, playing in the 2s or 1s it’s been very memorial and fun! My second home and family! Made friends for life ❤️ Forever grateful.

Where has the time gone. Today is my last BUCS dance with this incredible club. Forever grateful to the influential coaches I have met at Bristol and the endless support they game me especially during my rehab! This club is the reason I got back playing the sport i love.
New team, new league, new role. Same love for this amazing sport ❤️ So excited to have kick started the season off yesterday as the 1XI manager for Uni of Bristol Ladies HC. Gutted to not be out their on the pitch but I know my time will come. But for now rehabbing hard! 💪🏼

My fastest 5km post hip surgery 😍 With a bit better pacing could of deffo broken 25 mins. First 1km was 5:21min/km and the last 3km all sub 5min/km 😎 I didn’t even plan on going for a PB until 2km in 2023 was the healing the year, 2024 is the year to build 🚧👷♀️

Frozen hockey pitch 🤝 10.5km run with fellow teammate Sienna 🫶🏼 Only went out for a casual run and not look at pace until the end but super happy with an average pace of 5:20min/km 💪🏼.

On Saturday I missed a game of hockey 🫣 At the start of the year I took up the sport of lifesaving! To further develop my first aid skills in simulated wet/dry scenarios as well as swimming speed events. Basically fun swimming 😎 had lots of fun!!!! 😁 ❤️ Nott’s Comp 23 🫡
