@ulfposh @roberthabeck Wer zwei Wochen vor einer wichtigen Wahl mit irgendwelchen Fußnoten von seit Jahren in der Öffentlichkeit stehenden Politikern um die Ecke kommt, ist eh das Allerletzte. Mit sowas sollte man sich schon aus Prinzip nicht weiter beschäftigen.

Ich habe von Anfang an gesagt, der hier ist der Gefährlichste von allen. Der Mann hat keine Wurzeln, keine konsistente Lebensgeschichte und eine grausame, eiskalte Ausstrahlung. Hier demontiert er gerade das rechtsstaatliche Grundprinzip, die rule of law.
If a judge tried to tell a general how to conduct a military operation, that would be illegal. If a judge tried to command the attorney general in how to use her discretion as a prosecutor, that's also illegal. Judges aren't allowed to control the executive's legitimate power.
