I only eat when I’m hungry. When I’m hungry I only eat meat until I’m not another bite full. Since I am not a cow, I do not consume dairy of any kind. I only eat the meat that I crave that I can afford. Under no circumstance do I ever put any kind of a sweet taste in my mouth. That’s how I do the carnivore lifestyle every meal every day without exception.
