Tonight's meeting began with cllrs awarding the title of Freeman of the Borough to Mrs Joan Lloyd for 48 years of continuous service as a Councillor, and holding a number of roles including Mayor and Mayoress, Deputy Leader, Chairman of the Planning & Development Committee.

Agenda item 10 - update on the 2023/24 outturn positions for the General Fund (GF), Housing Revenue Account (HRA), Capital, and the Council’s Subsidiary Companies and to seek approval for changes to 2024/25 working revenue budgets.
