@ObtainerOf My favorite thing is the discrepancy between what ppl SAY they drink and how much alcohol gets sold in America. Tried to drink when I was younger. Had a 225lb roommate that would do a handle of whiskey every 2-3 days. Life didn't turn out well.

@thehvacjack I avoid as much as possible. Absolutely hate dealing with ppl, so when I sell, I price it to get it sold fast. I don't have time to mess with haggling. Then people will message me after I sell things, berating me for pricing stuff too low.

@shawngorham @GrulkeLamonte Passive houses are more expensive. Loose fill over ceilings offers better r value for cheaper. I agree that zips and insulated rafters are superior products however some would argue they offer negligible difference.
