Georgia State Long Snapper @MFitzmeyer put in a good workout today. We focused on a strong elbow drive and emphasizing our leverage and power towards the punter/holder instead of up in the air. Michael has been training with me for almost 5 years now. It’s always a great time!!

Baby Maren was born Thursday morning at 2:35 am! What an incredible event this has been. God is so good and I still can’t believe I have the honor or raising this sweet girl. Her mom and I are incredibly blessed!
