🔍I normally only post training content on X and prefer to keep most of the rest of my life private, but a friend recently suggested how sharing our experiences in real estate investing, business, and entrepreneurship could inspire others. We will be opening up about the highs and lows of entrepreneurship, real estate investing, and all that comes with it. 🏡 Six years ago, my wife and I packed up our lives and embarked on a real estate adventure in a beach town in Florida. It is a private credit real estate fund that focuses on lending to real estate investors (fix & flips, ground-up construction) Monthly distributions, asset-backed loans with strong collateral Happy to provide our investor's offering and other reporting we have (what typical returns look like, etc)
