Author (memoir, fiction, erotica). Ex m/c racer. Talker of nonsense. Insufferable pedant. Memoir (#SylvieAndMe) still selling slowly. Others coming. Maybe.

@HowlJackson Loving this. I have lost count on the number of book marketers and promoters who are so keen to add me to their stable. You're all going to be hugely disappointed, people.

@whataimeereads_ Of the three WIPs I currently have on the go, I came up with titles for two immediately. The third (and ironically the oldest) still has no title.

@jzpitts Well, that's me screwed, then. While I have three WIPs on the go, one is a year old,one three years old and the third is nearly 20 years so far. #MustTryHarder

@timmckay52 @veynre I'm finding my current WIP has slowed down. Not because it's going nowhere but because I'm thinking about it more. I slowed down to give myself time to think things through, rather than the scattergun approach I had employed before.

"#Liberation?" #LadyK laughed. "You want to be free? You should probably have read the contract before you signed it." He struggled in his restraints, staring at Her through the skintight mask She had fitted to him. His mouth sealed, all he could do was shake his head. #vss365

If you have a spare half an hour, this makes for a fascinating listen. I can fully understand why Stephen left this platform. It won't win him any plaudits from the new owner, of course. (It might cost me my account, too).

"So," #LadyK said, eyeing Her new prospect. "You wish to join my house as a my sub? What do you bring to the table?" "Mistress?" "Come now," She replied. "Lady Alex has already primed me. Don't be #modest. Strip!" The novice complied. Lady K smiled. "Oh my word. Welcome." #vss365

Just got a copy of my stepson's speech he gave at my wedding. While I don’t recall much from the day, reading it today had me in stitches. For a copper, he's got a very good sense of humour. #HappyDays

@DawnRossAuthor Oh, I don't have a blue tick but do have scantily-clad women liking my posts. If I get a tick, do you think the post likes would increase further, perhaps with even more scantily-clad lovelies? Other, less 70s-based replies also available.

@klhicks912 Occasional flashes of inspiration followed by long periods of self-doubt. Also, opportunities to tell anyone who's interested (and hundreds who aren't).

@benonwine 1. Being told by the Headmaster in assembly that we could remove ties but not blazers. Not even in class. 2. Standpipes in the street. 3. The Sun's "Share a shower" campaign.

Still toying with the idea of including a love interest aspect to my WIP. I've fleshed out the new character but am still unsure whether to develop a relationship. Meanwhile, I'm up to chapter 14 and growing. #AmWriting

@KT_Carlisle Yes, when I did my typewriting course. In the days of word processors and now PCs, such things are no longer deemed necessary. Which is fine by me.

@robert_cubitt @ColinSpenc4257 Labour ended it first, in 1968 for secondary schools. Maggie stopped it for the over sevens but kept it for nursery schools. It was briefly reinstated for 7-11s between 1978-80 but only for those on income support.
