The construction salary I started at 20YRS ago was $16.50. Its now $20 starting. So a house is 6X the cost but the wages went up 15%? Frig even my first apartment in college was $725 total. The same apartment is now over $2000 w/ hydro. Be happy you have what you have boomers and shut the fu&k up.
