At 1.30am this morning my Dad passed away in his sleep, thankfully I was there with him at the time.
We are relieved that he is no longer suffering, he had a great life of 91 years. Massive thanks to my Mum, nurses & carers who looked after him, amazing care by all

I dont miss many of my goalkeeping school sessions, but after losing my Dad recently and today being my 50th birthday, I decided to have a proper day and evening off with my lovely wife. Just received this from my coaching staff and young GKs! Absolutely love it!!! ❤️👏🏻👍🏻👏🏻👌🏻

Seen a number of fans of clubs being critical when their club announces the signing of a young 3rd choice goalkeeper. Full time football isn’t just about a matchday where you may only use 1. Full time training will require 3 or 4 goalkeepers for training needs plus injury backup!

It’s not that an outfield coach can’t talk about a goalkeeper, the problem comes when they make stupid statements about a goalkeeper or goalkeeping which are so daft they clearly don’t understand Goalkeeping. If they make valid points, that’s fine but often they don’t 🤷🏼♂️
