#sweatypuppy I’ve been doing the sauna after my weight training because someone on the internet said it has been shown to help with muscle atrophy. So naturally I just bought it! 🤪💪🏼💪🏼🤪 no but really, I hate it. Just 20 minutes is unbearable. I cry the whole time 😭😭😭😭😭🤪
