Savinho breaks the collective structure by moving over from the left side to the right and City breaks the defensive lines. Interesting.

@yestez14 No deliberate fouls on the GK - using your body in a way to prevent his movement on purpose.

@yestez14 As I wrote it before Arsenal does it much better, that's why it seems like they are active, meanwhile their only purpose was to block the GK but do it so well that the refs allow it. But now they also allow a passive block, so it's clear the refs don't understand it.

@Soca77194544 @MateSchultheisz In this I agree, they do it much better, still as you see they allow a more passive/inactive block as well - that's why I wrote to you before that the refs don't understand it well.

@MateSchultheisz In overall it seems they allow it - they either collectively start to understand this as a foul or make a rule change.

Tamworth-Tottenham is a good example of players forgetting to dribble. Every time Spurs players go for a 1v1 and dribble they win it (obviously) yet they are not used to it and passing around like always do.

@danmartin183 As I said, my issue with this is the lack of consistency in the decisions. But I guess it will be like this.

@danmartin183 There is a difference between the natural body contacts and conscious strategies.

@danmartin183 Yes in a way that when I plan a set-piece I cannot be sure which type of blocks/movements/tricks will be allowed, since it highly depends on the actual referee’s judgement.

@nonewthing I know what they are doing, but as I said, the way Arsenal do these small tricks are much better than any others.

It was a matter of time until a PL team will use the Monaco formula v ARS to leave 2-3 players up to decrease the numbers & body contacts inside/they also used 2 stoppers on Gabriel. ARS adjusted, creating more isolated spaces for the target players instead of creating traffic.

@AzCescRoman @Soca77194544 Tell me why exactly? The only reason he said is that this is the rule & if someone is standing it's not blocking - I just proved that they are not just standing + in the VAR explanation it's clear the refs are misunderstanding as well. I'm not against ARS, I'm against the rule.
