@NicholasZaorsky I stopped including abstract presentations in my CV a number of years ago. Only include publications. I’d rather have a focused rather than a cluttered CV.

@RonDePinho We face a similar issue amongst promising trainees who’d otherwise be fantastic clinical researchers, but go into private practice, including several mentees. It’s not just basic science, it’s every level of translation.

@NiuSanford @KristenCiombor Agree. But it’s a fairly data free zone. I see a lot of FLOT being given to borderline PS patients. Esp as induction makes chemoRT a lot more toxic with pts who were not likely good FLOT + surgery candidates to begin with.

@NiuSanford I wouldn’t call it a nice meal. I submitted less than $50 in meal reimbursement to my NIH R50 grant for this past NRG meeting. Stayed at the cheapest room at the Sheraton off site and walked to minimize cost. And only 10 people got funded my R50 cycle.
