So true. I have so much guilt over circumcising my first son. I was just not educated about it. 10 years later i read Mothering Magazine while living at a Commune. This opened my eyes. Now my children and grandchildren will not suffer this.

I am allergic to chicory, wheat, cane sugar, rice, corn, dairy, meat, peanuts, legumes, eggs, and yet I thrive on a vegan diet. In fact, it kept me off of insulin and dialysis. The vegan diet is best for all humans. I always have plenty of variety to eat.
