@wendyp4545 I am from Spokane, WA. My husband was in law enforcement there during her tenure. Anne was not liked, known as a horrible leader, and faced multiple law suits. It is claimed she “retired” from the Spokane PD in 2006 but, it was well known she was actually facing termination.
