This is one of the reasons why when I see someone acting erratically on the Internet, the first question that comes to my mind is whether the person has a family or loved ones.
The first thing to do when you truly care about your family and friends: fixing your lifestyle and becoming a mentally stable, high-energy, thoughtful person they can rely on.
