But the team as a whole has to. Letting him go would be a mistake. The organization as a whole needs to stop being old and stuck in their ways.

This is why I mentioned the $5 Walmart bin. Because Art is more about the business side. Tomlin has overachieved with what he’s allowed to work with. That’s a fact.

Is this the only issue with the team? Of course not. Tomlin deserves blame, imo, for not loosening the reigns to his assistant coaches. Tomlin is working the way the Rooney’s want him to.
