@SizweLo Yes, constitutionalism is anti-majoritarian & so erodes the power of the majority. It conserves the status quo. With the use of the concourt, the "originalists" can simply 'freeze' reality as it is thus maintaining white hegemony. Constitutionalism = preserving white-supremacy.
