I love my friends so much, they flew in to see me for my bday. Upgraded my hotel and I had free tickets for the weekend! They’re always showing me love and taking care of me, I’m very grateful 😭🥹🩷

I realized the more I complain about my situation this lowers my vibrations. Accept yourself and it will get better, yes everyone has trauma. But, it’s our choice to heal or stay the same. I’m on my healing journey and it’s not perfect, I still have depressive episodes.

The same thing has happened to me. I was 80 pounds once and then after all the restriction it let me into a binge cycle and I’m recovering from that but mentally it messes with you, but it’s better to lose weight slowly than lose it immediately 🥹

My sister got this for me saying how it’s strange like me. But now I just want to use it to hurt the people who really fucked me over. I’m tired of being so nice to everyone and getting stepped on. I’m taking back my power and showing them I’m a very powerful person 😇

Attachments to unhealed people are draining. I tend to attract a lot of unhealed souls because I’m healer. I’ll help heal the physical or their energy but I’m exhausted of giving myself to the wrong people. Removing the cords from your aura is the best thing

I noticed I’m not fully aware sometimes of the things I do because I’m always in my head. I hear so many things around me, whispering my name, tryin to communicate with me but I just ignore it. I don’t really want to have this gift anymore, it’s tiring hearing many things.

I feel like the more I get to be alone with myself and thoughts, I don’t react anymore. I just observe and take a step back. Learning to accept it and yourself is the best thing you can do, we’re literally on a floating rock. So don’t over stress yourself!

I believe unresolved trauma turns into illness, the healer needs to heal themselves in order to level up w/ their gifts. Having your energy leaking out brings spirits/toxic people like a moth to light.
