@MADkurious I don’t think they could take that disappointment. Especially after they find out that half the sounds they hear and think are “authentic” are made up of a bunch of sounds that are anything BUT what they’re actually hearing!

@ybhaten Speaking for myself, sometimes life just lifes and schedules change so one day I can be in a bunch of peeps streams all the time and then the next, I’ll go MIA for months cuz there just isn’t enough hours in a day

@MADkurious YES. Exactly this. This idea of "oh, no, that's just the BASE game." Like EXCUSE? The BASE game should be THE game. Quit trying to milk every release for every penny imaginable. If all the extra stuff you designed raises the value of the game then charge accordingly.

@ybhaten Bruh, the OUTRAGE I felt when I saw that this morning trying to play. It was never a “TikTok ban” it was a “let’s take out ByteDance and every single of their subsidiaries.”

@CodyRiffs This all just feels a very elaborate ploy because they’ve wanted to own TikTok but haven’t been able to. Cuz amidst all this madness is the fact that it wasn’t a “TikTok ban” but rather a “ByteDance and all its subsidiaries ban.”

@MADkurious Naturally, I want to say that it should try to at least honor the intent of the original source material, but honestly, as long as they tell a good story, I’m open for either. I’m also not precious about any source material so I get not everyone will feel the same way.
