Mukhang totoo na may shortage ng TLD. Dalawa lang ang refill ko ngayon instead of the usual 3. Nevertheless maraming salamat sa mabait na case manager.

Sa totoo lang, kung Di ko nakita na may mga blood sibs din pala sa alter world, baka na depressed na ako by now. Nung makita ko na yung iba umabot ng 10 years, 20 year etc., parang nagka roon ako ng pag-asa.

Mas madali maka hanap ng support system ang mga Poz na open sa sexuality nila. Sa discreer kase, once nag open sila about being Poz, chances are, ma open na din nila ang sexuality nila.

Before, kayang kaya ko mag cooking marathon from madaling araw to before media noche. Ngayon na ➕ na ako, pang apat na putahe palang nahlnghihina na ako. 😅. Pero laban lang. Dapat mag shine ang pagiging frustrated chef ko tonight.

Agree! Same thoughts here. Maayos oras ng tulog ko, pinag iisip an ko muna if healthy ba kakainin ko. And most of all, ine enjoy ko na ang time and income ko. Kase kung Di ngayon, baka Di ko na ma enjoy in the future.

Smoker ako noon (1pack a day) then I quite and am now vaping (relx). I never thought na magiging allergic ako sa 2nd hand smoke. Pota, ang sikt ng lalamunan ko nung na expose ako sa 2nd hand smoke for like 2 hours.

Mga 7 months before I was DX, I actually applied for Prep sa love yourself. Kaso either Di ako nag qualify or nag kulang lang ako sa follow up (online form lang po ako nag apply). And here I am now, Poz with CD4 of 68. If you have the chance to have prep, grab nyo na please!

I told my case manager na gusto ko mag apply for PWD Card. And she asked me "Bat ka mag apply? Kailngang kailangan mo na yung discount?"
So ayon, wag nalang. 😅

Felt the same way when I got DX. Di ko alam if nag sink in naba sya sakin or tinatabunan lang sya ng utak ko para Di ako malungkot. Then I realised, with it without HIV, I can die anytime. All I can do is go on with life and follow the doctors advice. So eto, 1 month na or TLD.
until up to date, it's really hard to accept.😢 I am reckless with myself.😥 Every alarm of my phone morning and night parang na fefeel ko na na may taning ang buhay ko 😭 I'm scared 😭 parang gusto ko na lang mawala 😭

My lab results yesterday. Ang na intindihan ko lang ay ang FBS. Yung ibang naka bold Di ko na alam. Mukhang mag maintenance na din ako for diabetes

Talked to my case manager kanina and advised her na 1 bottle to go nalang and refill na ako ulit. Also asked her if may shortage ba ng TELDY and her response was "wala naman sir", naka ready na nga yung pang refil mo dito eh.
Siguro dahil 100 lng kami sa hub? 😅

Same tobacco packaging guidelines in the Philippines and we got almost the same results. Sin tax law, which added hefty tax rates to tobacco products therfore increasing the retail price did only lessened the consumption of tobacco but did not cause smokers to quit.

I usually take my ARV at 9:00 PM. I was very confident that I slid my medicine box in my bag and yet when it was time to take my ARV just a few hours ago, di ko sya makita. I have to hurry home to take my meds kahit late na ng ilang Ora's. Okay lang ba yun?

3 bottles of ARV nako today and mukhang improving naman. Rashes are becoming peklat na. Ang need ko nalang I manage is. Yung diabetes ko at fatty liver. Sana okay ang creatinine ko sa March.

Buhay nga naman.. Naka tulong ang pagiging deep throater ko sa pag inom ko ng ARV. Choke who? One time, nasa byahe ako and I forgot to bring water with me tapos oras na ng ARV ko, nilunok ko talaga without water. 🤣

At pag ginawa ng retail yan, it can be as much as 2k per bottle. So salamat sa mga HIV Advocates ba policy makers.
As PLHIV, we should always consider this when voting. Vote for candidates or politicians who will help us and protect our welfare.
Ang cost ng isang bottle ng ARV ay roughly P1,500 (or P50 per pill). Mabuti na lamang at may Philhealth. Otherwise, madami talagang hindi ito kakayanin i-sustain. Hindi din naman biro yang ganyang amount. 🙏

I know. But I think discipline is the key. In the grater scheme of things, disiplina ang kailangan. An example would be cigarette. Lahat na ng ka hindi hindik na sakit na pwede ma dulot ng paninigarilyo ay nilagay na pakete pero sige parin ang nakararami.

Isang bagay na pansin ko since being DX, mas decisive ako ngayon sa gusto Kong nangyari sa buhay ko. I make sure na I enjoy what I'm doing but at the same time maaganda ang impact sa family and sa society.

So ayun na nga, mag Christmas shopping part 3 dapat ako kanina sa sm north edsa pero walang nabili na pants at shorts kase wala na yung size ko. Naubos na daw kase yun ang mabili. Next year na daw ulit 😅

Same. When I had my fundoscopy, may ka sabay ako na cute guy. I was smiling at him kase feel ko na stressed talaga sya. Pero parang umiwas sya so I didn't pursue. Sad lang kase mag katabi kami ng doctor and mukhang Di pa sya naka take agad ng ARV after the fundoscopy.

I must say effective ang vitamin C serum sakin and moisturiser na may spf 50. Yun lang gamit ko sa skin. Mild facial wash + Vit C serum + SPF 50 moisturiser. Morning and evening lang. Siguro in a month nag improve talaga yung skin ko. Lumiit ang pores than before.

On my case, walang lab na sagot ng hub. Also, kahit TB meds, 30 lang ang ibibigay tapos bahala ka na sa kulang. ARV lang talaga. 😅

I'm at a point right now that everything in my life is about work. Trabaho nalang talaga para kumita sumahod at may pang gamot at pang araw araw. Ano nalang ang gagawin ko if I don't have this job. So I better fight tooth and nail to make sure the company stays afloat.
