@acoyne Nobody is pro-Russia. It's a dying empire. The European/Canadian hysterics should park the liberal diatribe and come to terms with what's happening internally in the US. The export of prosperity was a noble thing, but it was simply not affordable with the level of graft.

@acoyne That's a good question. Pulling out would be a bad idea, but we agreed in 2006 & 2014 to balance the burden. There's a bit of a free rider problem, and the US is finally coming to terms with its own internal corruption. It may be time to kill the legacy of the Marshall Plan.
