I have just spoken to Mr Appleby - the only man in the world to turn his mobile on IMMEDIATELY after waking up from a general anaesthetic!!! He’s in recovery - his surgery was brought forward. Surgery went very well and as predicted, he means to be back in business ASAP!

Very unfortunate to be receiving multiple emails from parents saying that their kids’ (non-academy) clubs are discouraging their players from playing County representative football. “Big club” academies get plenty of stick, but our relationship with pro clubs never been better!
