Y6 are enjoying our geography topic on mapping skills. We used grid references to decode anagrams, discovered the origins of the name of cities and compared maps of Walkden over different time periods.

Year 1 had a lovely afternoon with visitors from Walkden Manor Care home. We had a funny story read to us, then had a talent show with cakes!
