@DavidMBresnahan I do have family that can visit his grave nearby. My brother-in-law and sister-in-law who adored him are 20-30 minutes away as is his widow though she’s teaching in Japan currently so the grave won’t be ignored. I’d like to visit as part of a happier trip in the future.

@cs_carpenter I visit my parents graves once a year on Memorial Day and feel that is right for me. Their graves are nearby so it makes doing so easier.

I should add to all of those that are commenting on my post about my son that I’m working on establishing a scholarship in his name at BYU. This will hopefully serve as a lasting memorial to his life.
