Come and see what we've been up to during January - it's been a quiet month, but still a few bits of news to share!

Today I'm grateful for conversations - for the quick exchanges in the corridor, for the catch-up over coffee (and a snack!), for the deeper sharing. And since I missed yesterday, I'm also grateful for social media, and for the way it helps me to keep up with family and friends.

in Advent in 2023, and particularly the distinction that the author, The Very Rev'd Canon Richard Sewell, drew in the second of his reflections between optimism and Christian hope.

Today I'm thankful for a walk in the fields and woods at Worcester Woods Country Parks, enjoying the sights and sounds of nature. I also love seeing lots of happy dogs out for walkies!

Today I'm thankful for this Religious Life that I lead, for its rhythms and routines that hold me in God.

As today wends its way to a PMTgrouchy close, I'm very grateful for the comfy bed that awaits me.

This is not to minimise sin, or its consequences, but perhaps rather to look at a different side to God, that side that, no matter what we get up to, will always ruffle our hair as we're welcomed home once again. 3/3 @MethodistGB
